Want to help in meaningful ways

We are inviting local students entering grades 5-8 from Paso Robles, Templeton, and Atascadero to apply for one of six founding spots in North SLO County’s new Youth Collective.

What we will do

Explore big ideas, learn in nature, meet inspiring people, and create projects that make a difference.

Act

Implement real impact.

The first cohort will be announced by August 14, and students will have opportunities to meet informally before our first 8-week session begins on September 18.

The Youth Collective is organized by Bridget Wann, a local educator who believes young people have important ideas, caring hearts, and a meaningful role to play in shaping the future.

Program Fee and Scholarships

The program fee is $200 for each eight-week session.

This fee helps support the small-group experience, planning and preparation, project materials, guest mentors, and the time needed to build meaningful community partnerships and learning experiences.

We want the Youth Collective to be accessible to families throughout our region. Full and partial scholarships are available, and families are warmly invited to request the level of support that would make participation possible.

Scholarship requests are handled privately and with care. They do not affect how student applications are considered, and every student receives the same full program experience.

To ask about a scholarship, families may note it on the application or contact Bridget directly at BridgetWann@purposelabcollective.org.
